Jose Mourinho Confirmed returned to Chelsea
We heard about 90% of the Chelsea fans are happy and jubilation that Mourinho is back to Chelsea F C. But do you think Chelsea have made the right decision in re-hiring Jose Mourinho as manager? What is your comment?
