Bakers sitting on already manufactured bread

Do you eat bread as much as I do? You have to be careful and watchful of the kind of bread you buy, where it's been manufactured and how clean is the environment. 
Putting all that into consideration will not completely proof hygiene but to some extent you could save yourself and family.
