Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Alpha expected 3 September

Are there other benefits customers get when they buy new phones? Honestly, its worrisome customers purchasing phones every quarter and the manufacturers go to bed not knowing what the consumers are going through. Recently, I observed 80% of android phone users are not happy, it cost them  much to be online, read blogs, news ,research, chat with friends and application updates especially in a location where WiFi is absent. This left customers with the only option of buying data plan which some telecomm companies take the advantages to sub charge the customers.
At times, emergency information is hard to be communicated via blackberry messenger, whatsApp, twitter, facebook etc due to the attitude of some  android phone users  by turning off their data.
I suggest those manufacturers should do everything possible to please their customers inrespective of location, web accessibility.
Samsung is expected to unveil new flagship handsets at the IFA tradeshow in September
Samsung has sent out German invitations to its 'Unpacked' event at the IFA tradeshow on 3 September, where it is widely expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Alpha handsets.

The Galaxy Note 4 will most likely be Samsung's most significant annoucement at the event, replacing the popular Galaxy Note 3 that launched in 2013.

Some rumours state that the Note 4 will come with a curved 5.9-inch screen, 2560 x 1440 QHD resolution and the potential for up to 4 GB of RAM. However, others suggest that Samsung could stick with the 5.7-inch screen of the Note 3.

Apple's iPhone is currently the only the smartphone to feature a 64-bit processor, but Samsung is known to be working on the technology, and there is every chance the Galaxy Note 4 could be the company's first 64-bit handset.

The device is also rumoured to have a 16-megapixel camera, as well as an array of sensors including a fingerprint reader and heart rate sensor.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Alpha is expected to be Samsung's first smartphone to feature a brushed-metal casing.

The device will be smaller than the Galaxy Note 4, at 4.7-inches, according to smartphone retailer Mobilefun, which accidentally leaked the specifications yesterday. This would put it in direct competition with the forthcoming iPhone 6.

The Galaxy Alpha is also expected to feature Samsung's own octa-core Exynos 5 processor and Google's Android 4.4.2 Kitkat mobile operating system, as well as the same fingerprint scanner found on the Samsung Galaxy S5.
